Method
- Brew the espresso/coffee in any preferred way.Allow to cool.
- Peel the banana and cut it.
- Purée the banana, sugar, cardamom milk and vanilla extract in a blender. Whisk until smooth and airy.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Freeze the banana mixture about an hour or until almost solid.
- Add the coffee.
- Garnish with grated chocolate or cocoa.
