Method
- Make a cold brew coffee. In a separate container with a tight lid, place 10 grammes of ground coffee and cover it with 100 ml cold water. Leave the drink to steep for 6-12 hours, then strain.
- Squeeze the juice out of an orange.
- Fill a tall drink glass with ice cubes.
- Add the Sanbittèr, orange juice and coffee cold brew.
- Take a slice of orange and put it straight into the glass.
