Put coffee in a cezve or coffee pot. Add Sugar if Desired. Pour in hot water.

Stir and place the cezve or coffee pot over heat.

Once a thick coffee foam rises, remove the cezve or coffee pot from the heat and let it cool for 10-30 seconds.

Then put it back on the heat and wait for the foam to rise again.

Remove and let cool slightly. Repeat this process 3-4 times.

Bring the coffee to a boil and remove the cezve or coffee pot from the heat.

Place a piece of dark chocolate in the serving cup and pour the coffee over it.
