Place coffee and a pinch of salt in a cezve or coffee pot. Toast the mixture over the heat.

Boil 100 ml of water and slowly pour it into the cezve or coffee pot with the coffee and salt.

Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. After 30-40 seconds, return to heat and bring to a boil again.

In a separate cup, brew tea with 100 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
