Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
- Ignite the rum.
- Put the cinnamon, sugar and cloves in the coffee.
- Allow the drink to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
- Pour the rum into the serving glass, add the coffee. Use a sieve to strain out any remaining solids.
