Method

- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
- Pour coffee into ice cube moulds and place them in the freezer to set (for about 2 hours).
- Place the frozen coffee cubes in a serving glass, then add syrup.
- Pour warm milk over the top.
Tip! We recommend making 2-3 servings at a time. Coffee ice can be stored in the refrigerator, allowing you to enjoy a cold drink whenever it suits you.
