Method
- Mix ground coffee, cocoa, and cinnamon in a cezve or coffee pot. Fill with water and brew coffee. Allow to infuse.
- Pour syrup into a serving glass. Add cognac.
- Pour the coffee through a sieve into the glass.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Decorate the drink with whipped cream and ground nutmeg if desired.
