Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the liqueur over them.
- Then add coffee to the glass and stir.
- To finish, pour the Carajillo coffee cocktail with a generous serving of whipped cream.
- Garnish with a few coffee beans.
Tip! While you can use regular ice cubes to make this cocktail, don’t be afraid to experiment with ice cubes made from cold-brew coffee or fruit juice to add even more flavour and variety.
