Method
- Place freshly ground coffee into a cezve or coffee pot, pour boiling water over the coffee granules.
- Bring the drink to a boil and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Add sugar, cocoa and cinnamon to the coffee.
- Heat the drink again slightly without bringing to a boil.
- Strain coffee through a sieve so that coffee grounds and spice particles do not get into the finished drink.
- Pour the coffee into a serving cup. Add the cognac.
Tip! For the most saturated taste, repeat the heating procedure several times.
