Method
- Place the coffee in a cezve or coffee pot. Pour in 2/3 of the volume of water.
- Brew the coffee and let it steep.
- Pour the brandy into a saucepan. Add spices, zest, sugar, 1/3 of the volume of water, and place it on the heat.
- Bring the alcoholic mixture to a boil, stirring. Remove from the heat.
- Strain the alcoholic mixture and coffee into a serving glass through a sieve.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Garnish with a slice of orange.
