Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method. Set aside.
- Add blueberry syrup, sweet vermouth, orange zest, and milk to a saucepan, place on the heat, and bring to a boil.
- Remove the milk from the heat and let it steep for 5–10 minutes to infuse the flavours.
- Pour the steeped milk mixture into a blender and blend until frothy.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the coffee over the ice.
- Pour the frothed milk mixture over the coffee.
- Garnish the drink with orange zest.
