Method
- Brew the espresso/coffee in any preferred way.
- Chop the coconut pulp, pour the milk over it and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and infuse for 30 minutes.
- Strain the finished mass. Add it to an espresso or coffee.
- Add the coconut shavings to the finished drink.
