Coffee Romantic Evening

1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
2. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.

Tip! To prevent the chocolate from melting in your hands, chill it beforehand.

1. Pour the cognac and whisky into the serving glass.
2. Add 1/2 of the coffee to the glass and stir it with the alcohol.
3. Carefully place the ice cream in the glass.
4. Pour the remaining coffee into the glass.
5. Top with the whipped cream and banana.
6. Garnish the finished drink with chopped pistachios and grated chocolate.
