Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
- Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
Tip! To prevent the chocolate from melting in your hands, chill it beforehand.
- Pour the cognac and whisky into the serving glass.
- Add 1/2 of the coffee to the glass and stir it with the alcohol.
- Carefully place the ice cream in the glass.
- Pour the remaining coffee into the glass.
- Top with the whipped cream and banana.
- Garnish the finished drink with chopped pistachios and grated chocolate.
