Method
- Boil the water.
- Grate fresh ginger and add it to the boiling water; immediately remove it from the heat. Strain. Tip! You can use ground-dried ginger. In this case, reduce the quantity by half and boil the infusion over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Place instant coffee into a cup and add the hot ginger infusion.
