Method
- Break up the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt using a microwave or a water bath method. Tip! Mix the chocolate to avoid burning
- Remove the seeds from the chilli pepper and cut up into small pieces
- Add the ground coffee, sugar and desired amount of chilli pepper into cezve or the coffee pot
- Add water and bring the mixture to the boil on low heat
- Strain the drink using a sieve to avoid coffee and chilli particles getting into the final product
- Pour the strained coffee mixture into a serving cup, add the melted chocolate on top
- Mix well before serving.
