Method
- Preheat the thermos by rinsing it twice with hot water. Tip! Brew it with just enough serving to fill the entire volume, ensuring the optimal flavour (for example, avoid brewing one cup of coffee in a one-litre thermos as it will result in a lack of flavour).
- Add the coffee, sugar, and chocolate to the thermos.
- Pour boiling water over the ingredients. Let them steep for 5-10 minutes with the tightly closed lid. Tip! If you infuse the coffee for longer than this, it will lose its aroma and may develop an unpleasant smell.
- Then give it a gentle shake and pour it into a cup through a sieve.
