Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method. Allow the drink to cool.
- Pour the cooled coffee into ice cube moulds. Place them in the freezer until completely frozen. Tip! To reduce the preparation time for Croatian-style coffee in the future, prepare coffee ice cubes in advance.
- Add the coffee ice cubes, milk, and sugar to the blender bowl.
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- Pour the prepared drink from the blender into a serving glass.
- If desired, garnish the prepared beverage with whipped cream.
