Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Allow to cool.
- Take the watermelon, remove the rinds and seeds, and chop. Separately squeeze out the juice and chop into chunks.
- Take a tall glass. Add ice cubes, watermelon chunks, coffee, some lemon and watermelon juice, and water.
