Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Allow it to cool.
- Separate the egg yolk from the white.
- Pour chilled coffee, milk, rum, brandy, and liqueurs into a serving glass. Add the egg yolk.
- Mix thoroughly to have a homogeneous texture.
- Add a scoop of ice cream to the mixture.
- Whisk the egg white with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Place the whipped cream on top of the coffee.
- Sprinkle the prepared drink with cocoa.
