Method

Place the coffee and garlic in the cezve. Pour in hot water.

Set the cezve on hot sand.

As soon as a thick coffee foam rises, remove the cezve from the sand and let it cool for 10-30 seconds.

Return the cezve to the sand and wait for the foam to rise again. Remove and let it cool slightly. Repeat this process 3-4 times.

Bring the coffee to a boil, then remove the cezve from the sand.

Pour the coffee into a cup along with the garlic petal.
