Method
- Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way. Cool down to room temperature.
- Add the chia seeds, stir, and place in the refrigerator for about an hour until the chia seeds have swollen.
- Take the drink out of the refrigerator, add the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, syrup, and cream, and mix well.
- Pour the drink into a mug.
