Method

Combine the ground coffee, cocoa powder, and sugar in a cezve or coffee pot. Add water.

Heat on a low flame, but do not bring the mixture to a boil.

Just before it reaches boiling point, remove the cezve from the heat.

Pour the coffee into a serving glass through a fine sieve to strain the grounds.

Garnish the finished coffee with whipped cream.
