Method
1.Put the instant coffee into a wide mug or whisk bowl.
2.Add cold, pre-boiled water to the instant coffee.
3.Whisk the mixture with an electric handheld whisk or mixer while gradually adding sugar.
4.Keep whisking the mixture for a few minutes until it turns into a thick and stiff froth.
5.Spread the crema into bowls. Add an ice-cream scoop or decorate the dessert with chocolate chips.
6.Remember to serve the whipped coffee immediately after preparation, before the fine crema has time to settle.
